This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which customers may return products, request refunds, or seek exchanges. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Returns

• Products may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery.
• Returned products must be:
  

  • Unused and in their original packaging;

  • In the same condition as delivered; and

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

• Products that have been installed or used are not eligible for return unless they are defective upon delivery.
• Customized, special-order, or clearance products are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

• Once a returned product is received and inspected, the customer will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Delivery, installation, and service fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

• Products may be exchanged only if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
• Requests for exchange must be made within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
• If an identical product is not available, Generac Engineering LTD may offer an alternative product of similar value or provide store credit.

4. Warranty on Products

• All generators and solar equipment sold by Generac Engineering LTD are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty.
• Warranty terms vary depending on the specific product.
• Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, poor maintenance, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
• Customers seeking warranty service must provide proof of purchase and comply with the manufacturer’s warranty requirements.

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or installed generators and solar products (except where defective upon delivery).
• Clearance or discounted products.
• Customized solar systems or products designed to specific customer requirements.
